Pat Vitarelli has been a licensed surveyor and professional planner since 1982. Prior to joining Title America, Pat was a partner in a land surveying and engineering company where he was responsible for designing subdivisions and preparing surveys for many regional and local builders. Pat is no stranger to construction stake outs, value engineering and testifying at planning and zoning boards.

Pat brings his vast experience and knowledge of surveying and planning to Title America, where he works hand in hand with their builders and realtor clients.
