Richard J. Croft, CPA,
Chief Financial Officer

Richard Croft, a certified public accountant, joined Title America in 1998. Rich

oversees regulatory matters for the company and their joint venture affiliates and

is also responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, cash management and

underwriting reporting.

Rich has extensive financial management experience, including funding, cash

forecasting and management, internal control systems, compliance and

preparation of financial reports/statements.

Upon graduating from Penn State, Rich went to work in the public accounting

sector for Zelenkofske & Co. in Jenkintown, PA. He had a diverse client base

consisting of Commercial Site Contractors, Home Builders, Real Estate Agents,

Health Care Facilities and a multitude of Retail Operations.

Prior to joining Title America, Rich was the controller for a large New Jersey based

commercial and residential builder and developer. It was here that Rich honed his

skills analyzing architectural and engineering plans, preparing construction

budgets and performing construction management. His duties also included

onsite development and construction management. Rich also has vast experience

in the Mortgage Banking Industry and held a mortgage origination license.

A native of Pennsylvania and a transplant to New Jersey, Rich is a graduate of

Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and has an

active CPA license in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He also holds active Title

Insurance Producer Licenses in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Rich has been married to his wife, Cindy, for forty years. They have one son. Rich

is active in the South Jersey Builder’s League, Atco Lions Club and enjoys playing

golf with clients and friends.
