Janis Hueftle

Applications Coordinator
and Senior Title Producer

Janis Hueftle started her career in real estate as an assistant to a nationally ranked producer at a major real estate firm and thereafter held several positions including processing assistant, and office administrator. For the next several years, Janis then advanced to executive administrative assistant to the President and CEO of the company. Janis’ attention to detail and organizational prowess did not go unnoticed. She was asked to transition into the company’s title insurance arm where for the next thirteen years progressed through many roles ending her journey as closing manager. Janis then went to work for a major law firm specializing in foreclosure work where she managed pre-judgement bankruptcies and foreclosures for the firm. 

In 2017, she joined the staff of Title America under the mentorship of Ruthann Arnold, well known as one of the industry’s top title professionals, and currently holds the dual role of applications coordinator and senior title processor. At Title America, Janis immerses herself into purchase, refinance, and commercial transactions. Janis prides herself with having an excellent rapport with clients, brokers, attorneys, and financial representatives.

Janis is a graduate of Camden County College with an Associate Degree in Applied Science – Accounting.

Weekends find Janis enjoying time with her three children, three grandchildren, her siblings, and several close friends. She is an avid baker and music lover, loves going to concerts and to the beach, enjoys outdoor activities, and travel.
